By downloading or using RecordKeeper, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
RecordKeeper is not medical advice
RecordKeeper helps you organize and understand your own health information. It is not a medical provider, and nothing in the app — including AI-generated summaries — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to a qualified professional about your care.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, including the email used for magic-link sign-in and any device passcodes. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
Please use RecordKeeper lawfully and for your own health records. Don’t attempt to break, overload, or misuse the service, and don’t use it to store data you have no right to keep.
Plus subscription & billing
RecordKeeper is free to download and use. The optional Plus upgrade is billed through your app store or payment provider on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
Your content stays yours
You own the records and content you add. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, sync, and display them back to you and anyone you choose to share with. You can export or delete your content at any time.
Disclaimers & liability
RecordKeeper is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that can’t be limited under applicable law.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service over time; meaningful changes will be communicated in the app. You can stop using RecordKeeper and delete your account at any time.
